Desert Apples - cinnamon cream cheese

This one is way too delicious to wait. I am currently eating this!

And it's so easy!

Slice one apple.
Spread cream cheese on each slice.
Sprinkle cinnamon on each slice.
Eat!

Can it get any easier than that? I hope your day is also going deliciously! I'm going to get back to my world and perhaps there will be some garden to see very soon?!

As a single homeowner in the wilds of Pittsburgh, the Glutenless Gardener has eaked out an overly busy life for herself. Barely keeping up with home, work, sports and recreation; she enjoys kayaking, cross country skiing, extensive gardening, home repair, sewing and other practical crafts. She does not enjoy cleaning and could never be accused of being normal. In 2008, Lady Gardner learned from medical review that she must become Glutenless and it changed her life. With significantly reduced abdominal swelling and regained ability to keep food down, a whole new world opened up. She's not a foodie, she just wants this to be easier, and has an unconventional creative side where her tastebuds like to play. Welcome to her space!
