Some gluten free things I want to try:
Parsnip chips sound awesome.
Oh my, these "power bars" look amazing, more like candy. But I would probably use walnuts, because they are the least expensive nut, and maybe a mix of dried fruit instead of just apricots.
It's funny, I have a camera FULL of recipe photos to share with you, all tutorial style. But I've just been so busy with floor sanding and gardening and kayaking and turning 30 and other such truck. July is one crazy pants month.
